Congratulations on your child making the CHS Tennis Team for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year! The overall success of the CHS Tennis program rests on collective financial and volunteering support of the Tennis Booster organization. The Coppell Tennis Booster Club is a Section 501(c)(3) federal tax-exempt corporation. Each year every dollar from Program Fee is put directly back into all levels of the CHS Tennis program.

Additional ways Booster Funds Support our CHS Tennis Program:
- Tournament Registration Expenses (New this year: Boosters pay half of tournament fees)
- Training Equipment (balls, ball machine, racket stringer)
- Yearbook Photos (a MANDATORY expense for the program)
- Senior Night Celebration
- Team Bonding Activities (special events, team dinners, inter-squad matches)
- Mandatory Fees (bookkeeping. insurance, website, tax filing. copying, post office fees)
- Tennis Center enhancements (scoreboard, decorations, awnings, etc.)

Refund policy: If player is unable to be on CHS Tennis team prior to August 10, 2026, due to unforeseen circumstances, such as family relocation, scheduling conflict, etc., the full amount may be fully refundable.
Varsity Students that do not pay program fees will be required to pay $800 to cover their trip cost.
